Domestic and internationally shipping and shipping costs
We ship anywhere in the world now! Pricing will depend on the country in which you reside and the number of items that you are purchasing. Exact pricing can be found by clicking "Buy it now" and entering in your address before completing the checkout process. International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.
Shipping time
On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (3-5 business days for domestic and 4-15 business days for international).
IMPORTANT Before you order
We operate a state of the art, fully automated print production line. This means that we are able to custom print and ship orders very quickly. Once an order has entered production, it is going to be decorated and we are no longer able to edit the order. Therefore please utilize the size charts and double check the details of your order on the cart and checkout pages prior to ordering!
After you ordered
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us (if you do not receive this email check your spam folder). If it's not there - let us know you haven't received the mail (contact us here). We can check your email address is correct in our system. This email means that we have received your order in our system and charged your PayPal account or credit card for the purchase.
Tracking the order
You can view the status of your order by accessing the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive this when your product ships). In addition, you can simply enter your order # in the 'track your order' link listed in the support section of our website. Important: We ship worldwide but full tracking is only provided for these countries: Canada, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, Israel, Portugal, Brazil, Croatia, Estonia, Gibraltar, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta. For countries that are not on this list, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the international carrier.
Cancellations and changes
Our production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so you get the order ASAP. This also means that once an order has been placed, we are usually unable to alter or cancel it - as it hits the production floor very rapidly. Therefore please utilize the size charts and double check the details of your order on the cart and checkout pages prior to ordering!
Return/exchange
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects on our part will be replaced at no charge. If you have any problem contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.. At the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, spelling, etc. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc.
What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"
If your order has been listed as "undeliverable" and returned back to us, we will ship the package to you at no additional cost
What happens if my item is damaged
Please send some photo about damage. If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.
What happens if my item is damaged after washing
We strongly recommend reading the washing instructions found on the packing slip of your product. Designs are meant to last after many correct washings. Designs are not meant to last after being mistreated. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us.
Refunds
Refunds are offered at our own discretion, or in the very rare event where we are unable to fulfill your order. Refunds will only be issued to the original Paypal account that you use when placing your order.
